Kay-Andria Gardiner
Kay-Andra Gardiner, a University of Tampa alum, is the VP & Director of Sales for Zamar Group
Companies Ltd in Nassau, Bahamas. Kay-Andra is passionate about business development and as
a result, has amassed an impressive resume. She is the President and CEO of Island Pearls
International, the Chairman of The Music Project, and is Co-founder and Director of Titus
Entertainment Ltd. Despite her accolades, Kay-Andra stresses that she is much more than a title.
She is a music lover, self-proclaimed dance enthusiasts and perfectionist. A firm believer in the
pursuit of personal goals she is currently pursuing her masters with a concentration in
management at Nova Southern University.
Antonio Hall
When it comes to living in your purpose and following your passion Antonio S. Hall is an expert.
Antonio left his career as an architect to pursue his dream job as a farmer and agriculture enthusiast.
Farming had always been an intense love and hobby for Antonio however it was not until after
countless days of praying and devotion that he decided to take a leap of faith and to finally answer
God’s calling. Antonio founded Green Leaf Farms in 2012 and currently serves as its CEO. Green
Leaf Farms (GLF) is a boutique herb farm providing the best in local herbs and edible flowers.
Antonio attended Prince William High School and is a graduate of CV Bethel High School. Antonio
obtained an Associate’s Degree in Pre-Architecture from Tallahassee Community College, a Bachelor
of Science in Architectural Studies from Florida A & M University and a Bachelor of Architecture from
Florida A & M University.
Venassa Hall
Paying close attention to details and a love for troubleshooting are 2 of the essential qualities that make
Vanessa’s career as an attorney meaningful to her. Vanessa is an associate at McKinney, Bancroft &
Hughes specializing in commercial and civil litigation. Vanessa is passionate about upholding the
integrity of the noble profession, hungry for knowledge and is a dedicated team member. She is keen on
problem solving and believes that one of her best assets is that she is always accessible to her clients.
Vanessa also serves as the Executive Director of Green Leaf Farms (GLF) where she works along with her
husband Antonio. GLF is an herb farm providing the best in culinary herbs and edible flowers in The
Bahamas. Her main function at GLF is spearheading client & business development, branding and
marketing. Vanessa obtained a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in International Business
from Howard University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the West Indies. She was
called to The Bahamas Bar in 2012. Vanessa is a proud member of the Eta Psi Omega Chapter of Alpha
Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and is a charter member of Rotaract Nassau Sunset and has served on the
