he design, the furniture, the color and the accessories combined to transform what was
once an empty space into a unique and inviting room for the family to relax in and
entertain guest. In most cases it is the most important or popular room in the house
also known as the “receiving area” making it imperative to be decorated into a friendly atmosphere for visitors to be comfortable. Since you’ll be spending a lot of time in it, be sure to pour
your heart and soul into planning for it. For you to give your home that taste of luxury and
class, keep it simple. Decorate your windows with something beautiful and eye catching, but if
your living room is dark make use of magnificent lamps and keep the windows unfurnished.
If your receiving area is small make it look bigger by using modest furnishing, mirrors and
bright lights.
