It all begins when we place a tablet PC on a Delta unit while we
do the test, that spark of an idea forms the fundamental design
direction for Delta Plus. The team were discussing about this
concept, but more we discuss about it, more solid this concept
becomes.
The resources are there once we decide to embed a tablet-
equivalent touch panel to the printer, actually we spend more
time trimming off gimmick features that doesn't effect printing
experience, keeping the unit simple and clean.We would also
like to highlight the modular axis design, it can be easily overlook
when you are viewing the printer as a complete unit, but this is
the key that transform a functional prototype to a product.
