Hello there! I´m Valentina. I´m a happy person. I love life and everything that we get to live on this planet! I´m an American that happens to be born at the Andes mountains in South America, which makes me an Andean-American but living life in sunny Los Angeles CA. I´m married to the love of my life and my best friend. Which makes my life pretty awesome! I´m an Artist - Designer and I try to express my creativity through any possible way.
I use art and design as the joyful action through which I enjoy myself and life. So far I´ve done Graphic Design, Fashion Illustration, Photography styling, pottery, Gourmet cooking, and I´m currently studying Interior Desing.
On the other hand I´m a Business woman, I love the financial world and I´m into business as much as I can. I speak Spanish and English, a little bit of French and currently studying German.
I´ve lived in 4 different countries: Spain, Vzla, Argentina and US, and I´ve visited at least 10 different countries. I love traveling and getting to know new cultures. I belive that life is Fun, beautiful and delicious!
Why did you join 30dac?
I think it´s one of the best experiences as an artist I´ve ever had, participating in a global comunity of artists just for fun! I was first invited to this space directly from Lee Ann, and I participated on the first round!! I think there is something wonderful in sharing a project with so many people, knowing that everyday you and many other friends are focusing on the same thing, create one piece of art a day.
It was my first experience doing art in this way,getting to do just what I like with complete freedom (many art collectives follow styles, rules, intentions, themes.. this is total freedom!)
My personal intention was to go with the flow and be open to what I felt in every moment, letting my inspiration guide me to the techniques, moods and visual lenguage. I´m constantly
working with the nature that surrounds me. I think that planet
