I do find the more I do these things and get on flights , the easier it is for me to do . The more I ’ m away from it , the more my mind thinks about it . It ’ s just a lot of self talk and breathing properly . I just tell myself “ this is what you do Jay , you ’ re an international flyer .” It may sound strange but that ’ s exactly what I tell myself . “ If you die you just die .” I have to get hardcore with myself about it .
