I was like “ I ’ m trying to take over the world and I need you to come with me or you ’ re going to be left behind .” So we ’ re up in Harlem at this burger spot , milkshakes and burgers . It was way before I became vegan because I was tearing that burger up . He was like “ Soleil I ’ m wit it , I ’ m wit it !” I had came in the biggest combat boots and in all black in the hottest weather just so he knows that I am serious ; I wasn ’ t playing around . So we had our first rehearsal and I was like “ He ’ s pretty ok , I ’ m going to keep him .” Time flies and we have other people in the band coming in and out . Honestly they were wack . We needed to find the right people . Not just people who can play but people who look like freakin superheroes when you look at them . We needed to get people who were crazy . So I went to the Bronx man ! Adrian heard of us through a friend of his . He was actually at the Steve Wilkos Show . He was in the audience talking to a friend about Quantum Split while somebody was trying to figure out their family
