How did you pick the
people in your shop?
Jessica specializes in
dotwork, blackwork
traditional. She was my
apprentice, she was
the cleaning girl and i
saw her potential, she’s
a really good person,
brings a good energy, I
always like having her
around. Jimmy I met
year ago and he wanted
to apprentice under me
but I didn’t have the
time, I was too busy.
Later I saw his work
online and called him
up to see what he was
up and if he wanted
to hang with us and it
clicked just like that.
Frank was another out
of the blue and I said to come by and let’s talk and we clicked. The energy
was just there.
How long has your shop been around?
3 years now this month.
Do you do a lot of conventions?
I try to do at least one a month. We’ve done 3 or 4 so far this year. We
have Puerto Rico, Bahamas, we did Colorado last month, I’m going to Co-
lumbia next month, maybe Wildwood.
