Do you ever feel burnt out and want to
leave the field because people do not
appreciate all you do for children and
families? Participate in this interactive
session and discover a unique way to
illustrate your story and emphasize the
importance of your work to parents and
colleagues. Learn how to identify
competencies, core knowledges, and
support systems that will help your
business flourish. As our field is
beginning to be recognized as
a profession, our work cannot be
accomplished in isolation.
Join in for a cardio and strength circuit
class designed for any body! This 45
minute class will begin with a dynamic
warm-up, then flow into a series of
bodyweight exercises that will give you
a full-body workout, ending in a static
stretch cool-down. You will need an
exercise/yoga mat, a water bottle, and
the willingness to work your muscles!
