Summer Delights: Canvas Painting
Have you ever wanted to paint canvas and enjoy your evening
while being lead by a drill sergeant? If not, then this class is for you!
The artist will have a variety of canvas designs to choose from and
is a gentle and humorous leader!

Beginning Ukulele 1
Do you think it’s too late to learn to play the ukulele? Think
again! After only four 1 hour classes you will be strumming your
favorite tunes with thousands more at your disposal. The ukulele
is inexpensive, easy to learn, easy on your fingers, and capable
of playing any music from Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah” to the
“Hallelujah Chorus” by Handel and everything in between. Do
you need to practice? Sure. A little. Five minutes a day and you’ll
be playing your heart out. Don’t put it off anymore! Please bring a
3 ring binder to the first class session.

Beginning Ukulele 2
Beginning Ukulele 2 continues where Beginning Ukulele 1 left
off. You will continue to work on your chords and also spend time
honing your strumming and rhythm skills. Also covered in this
class are fingerpicking techniques and mostly just playing lots and
lots of songs. You can actually request songs you would like to
play. Beginning Ukulele was challenging because you were starting
from scratch. Ukulele 2 is where the fun and rewards really begin!
And don’t forget the incredible health benefits you’ll receive from
playing the ukulele! The class ambience is light and fun. Everyone
is very supportive of each other. Please bring a 3 ring binder to the
first class session.

and challenging dance workout open to all levels. You’ll practice
foundation movements for the hips, torso, arms and head, all while
dancing to music from the Middle East, North Africa, the Balkans,
India, South America, and the USA. You will get a muscle-toning
workout that increases flexibility and improves posture. Bleeding
Heart Bellydance breaks down each movement in easy to follow
progressions. No previous dance experience needed.
