Stepped Up Anime
Have you heard the saying it takes a village to raise a child?
Well it does! Motherhood was never meant to do alone. Stroller
Strides is a great way to connect with other moms and have that
support system as you go through the journey of motherhood. A
Stroller Strides class is a 60-minute full body workout consisting
of cardio, strength training and core work all while bonding with
the little ones through songs, activities and fun! Stroller Strides is
suitable for prenatal and postnatal women of all exercise levels.
Newly postpartum moms must be cleared by a doctor to exercise
at 6-week appointment. Not sure if you will like the class? No
problem, first class is free! $10 equipment fee paid to Instructor:
on 1st day of class. Do you draw Anime characters? Improve your drawing and even
learn how to draw and paint your Anime on pottery, creating
fabulous tiles and plates. Your Anime can be crisp, detailed and in
a form that gives you more artistic freedom.

fantastic tempered glass mosaic mirror. This multimedia mosaic
technique includes the use of paint, special papers, silver leaf,
glitter, tile and glass. You will amaze yourself !

Kids Luv Yoga
Join the City of Napa Park Rangers once a month for our Read
with a Ranger program! We will meet the first Saturday of every
month at the Carolyn Parr Nature Center to read a nature related
story and go for a short, guided hike in Westwood Hills park. We
encourage kids and parents to enjoy the natural surroundings after
our reading program and bring a lunch to eat in the park after the
hike. Want to channel your child’s energy in a safe and fun way
AND find ways to help them relax while being engaged in
physical activity? THEN, Yoga is your answer. Children delight
in discovering that their bodies can move in new and different
ways. The healthy benefits of yoga touch both body and mind.
Developing yoga breathing can be used to help them go to sleep
or to calm themselves anytime. The multifaceted benefits of yoga
strengthens a child’s self confidence and prepares them for a
variety of other activities.
