Teen Queenax, Teen Yoga, Teen Indoor Cycle , Teen Crosstrain and Teen WERQ (see program description below).
11-12 year-old participants can receive a discount on Intro to Fitness which is required to register for a fitness membership.

Bring your friends and relax your mind! Class focuses on
self-awareness, posture, flexibility, relaxation, and meditation.
Learn the connection between your mind body, and breath while
practicing yoga poses. No class Apr 22 and May 27. Min/Max: 8/20. Fierce and fun dance fitness class based on current pop, and hip-
hop music. WERQ up a sweat dancing to your favorite hits!

Move to different stations on our QueenAx functional training
system. Build agility, power, and speed. Fun and interactive! No class Apr 22 and May 27. Min/Max: 7/10. Meet new friends, listen to heart pumping music and get an
amazing workout. Our 45-minute teen cycle class is fun for all
levels. Cycling helps develop healthy workout habits that last a
lifetime. Min/Max: 8/29.
