The Gundis Kurdish Kitchen is Chicago’s first and only Kurdish restaurant. Under
the direction of international Executive Chef Juan M. González, The Gundis offers a
traditional family-style breakfast, a quick lunch bite, and a more formal dining
experience. Since opening its doors in early January of 2017, The Gundis brings a
