main floor. A chef-stocked kitchen features granite countertops, 2 Sub-Zero refrigerators, icemaker, 60” Wolf dual fuel 6-burner range, a charbroiler and griddle, and
twin Wolf dual convection electric ovens. The soundfront dining room comfortably seats 12 at the large extended farm table. Spacious main floor living area offers
panoramic Bogue Sound and Intracoastal Waterway views. 80' of water-frontage, 400' deep-water dock, nearly 4' deep at low tide so bring your boat. Sandy, shallow
shoreline ideal for clamming, wading, or floating on rafts. Dock includes slip for guest’s boat as well as kayak launch system (5 kayaks provided). Four passenger golf
cart provided for easy beach access (golf cart parking at ocean access). Soundfront 33' swimming pool with beautiful dolphin water feature. Pool deck furnished with
chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs. Heated pool available for an additional $600 per week. Nap in a hammock under the live oaks. Large outdoor kitchen with
large grill, sink and refrigerator plus large outdoor dining table. Covered and open decks overlooking Bogue Sound; large 40' screened porch just off pool with outdoor
