throughout home. This seaside retreat features an oceanfront 16’ x 25’ swimming pool with wading pool. Heated
pool is available in the spring and fall for an addition $600 per week. All BRs have their own private ensuite bath,
pillow top mattresses and flat screen TVs for exclusive, maximum comfort and privacy. Four oceanfront bedroom
suites with deck access and fifth bedroom suite features fabulous ocean view; sixth bedroom suite features 2
queen beds. Spectacular, unobstructed, panoramic oceanfront views throughout. Designer decorated in an island
breeze theme. Spacious, open concept living area with 75" flat screen TV and 60” fireplace. Gourmet, chef-stocked kitchen features a Sub-zero refrigerator, Wolf gas range,
dual fuel convection oven, 2 dishwashers, ice machine, and beautiful granite countertops. The large, extended farm table comfortably seats 14 adults. Additional features
of the cottage include luxury plank flooring, ceiling fans throughout; wireless high speed Internet access, and DirecTV satellite (choice package with over 185 channels) to all
TVs. Covered front entrance makes bringing luggage and supplies in and out easier and a handicap access ramp can be installed upon request. Outdoor amenities include
oceanfront decks with Adirondack loungers, 14 tall deck chairs, 2 outdoor grills, evening fire-pit, and a screened tiki hut media room adjacent to pool offering a 55” outdoor
TV with Direct TV and plenty of seating. Two outdoor showers, full walkway to beach, and a plumbed fish-cleaning station. Enjoy the Beach Buddy Service - the ultimate in
pampering- beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler with ice will be set up each morning on the beach (weather permitting). Situated on one of the more secluded beach areas,
yet only one mile to gas station, restaurants, miniature golf, bumper boats, go-cart track, and local seafood market. Well-mannered pets allowed with $250 non-refundable
fee per pet (2 maximum please, no cats). Washer/dryer. Heated pool available for an additional $600 per week. Weekly only. Available year-round. No smoking.
