“I know several people who have come back
from military service and struggle with PTSD
daily. I want to create awareness and pay
respect to the men and women of this
country who have served for our freedoms.”

MY CAUSE MY CLEATS –
EVERY CLEAT TELLS A STORY
Jaguars players’ passions go beyond the
game. Each season, Jaguars players support
charitable causes that are important to them
through the NFL My Cause, My Cleats cam-
paign. Players work with designers to create
their custom cleats and showcase them
in-game to bring awareness to the cause they
are supporting. More than 150 Jaguars play-
ers have participated in the My Cause, My
Cleats campaign since it started three years
ago and have represented many different
causes, including local military and veteran
support, first responder’s appreciation, heart
disease and cancer awareness. Players also
had the opportunity to raise money for their
cause by auctioning their cleats off on NFL
Auction; 100 percent of funds raised are
donated to charities selected by players.
