Social
Responsibility
Shad Khan has committed $250,000 toward
this initiative. The Players and Shad Khan
made an immediate response through a
matching fund which consisted of $30,000
from the Players matched by Mr. Khan,
resulting in grant support for two nonprofits:
City Rescue Mission and CRU.
EDUCATION AND ECONOMIC ADVANCEMENT
We cannot achieve economic development
without a substantial investment in education
and human capital.
• Supporting and providing resources to
children and families in Jacksonville’s
toughest neighborhoods to help break
poverty cycles
• Strengthening opportunities in the
workforce
• Granting high internships and college
scholarships
