Took up the role of National Sales Manager with Summit Fleet in February 1997 and has overseen the growth of the Summit Fleet business and experienced the everchanging and evolving Fleet Market itself. MICHAEL GRAHAM Product Manager | RACV CEO | Mercurien Max is the Product Manager responsible for the creation and launch of arevo, RACV’s recently launched Mobility as a Service product. Max’s vision is to create an integrated platform that combines all relevant modes of transport in a way that enables seamless planning, booking, access and payment of journeys, according to individuals’ preferences. Max previously managed RACV’s Car Share business, and at a prior role at a major telecommunications company looked after a portfolio of Internet of Things products and services. His passion for technology and transport is evident in his consolidated approach to using technology to make getting around easier and more efficient. Michael Graham is co-Founder of Mercurien and a Principal of FleetRisk. These data analytics services are designed to decrease risks and costs of operating fleets by putting the power of timely information back into the hands of the fleet manager. Prior to Mercurien Michael spent 20 years working in the UK US and Australia working for WPP Group Plc an international marketing services business. He has BA in International Relations and Russian Language and Literature, a Post Graduate Diploma of Management and qualified and worked as a Company Secretary in Australia and the UK. Prior to joining TMR 3 years ago Nicole worked in justice sector and has a strong background and interest in achieving safety outcomes for communities through the development and implementation of strategic government policy. In her role at TMR, Nicole leads teams of multi-disciplinary specialists to develop evidence-based and targeted strategies, policies and programs to effectively respond to road and rail safety challenges in Queensland. Nicole is highly skilled in Policy and Program Development and Implementation, Program Evaluation, Legislation, Community Engagement and Public Governance. Richard has broad ranging experience across fleet management, procurement, contract/ supplier management, project consultancy and mechanical engineering, gained in both the not-for-profit and telecommunications industries. He has over 29 years’ experience managing fleet, including leading large and complex fleet functions at a state and national level, encompassing fleets from 600 to 25,000 units. He won the AfMA Fleet Safety Award in 2003, was awarded the AfMA Fleet Manager of the Year Award in 2008, and recently won the AfMA Fleet Environment Award in 2017. PHILLIP BROOKS Chief Inspector Stakeholder Relations Manager | NSW Police Chief Inspector Phillip Brooks has been a police officer for the past 32 years, having served in areas of General Duties & Detective work in the Sydney City and North Shore areas, before specialising in Internal Affairs and Taskforce investigations. His current role involves the management of Government and Commercial Stakeholders, attending related committee meetings, the financial management of road safety projects, along with the delivery of road safety issues in mainstream and social media. After 10 years as Franchise Development Manager, 3 years as Regional Manager in Adelaide, Phil made the move back to Melbourne is currently Senior Manager National Fleet and Strategic Operations. Rod has been involved in steel fabrication businesses for over 30 years before commencing his role with CSM where he has been for the past 18 months. During his time in the steel industry, he acquired a broad knowledge spanning most sectors including, Structural steel, Gas, Mining and the Utilities industries. Rod has also managed large projects in the oil & energy industries. With a team of 10 staff, Rod overseas sales nationally as well as the fitting department at Darra in Queensland.
