TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Artwork Requirements: • One color imprint:
black and white camera ready art is required.
• Multi-colored imprint: color separated art with
registration marks is required.
Electronic artwork is preferred and accepted in
PC based system. Preferred format is Adobe
Illustrator in EPS format (Encapsulated Post
Script) and all text to be converted to outlines
(vector art) or curves.
Art modifications: Alterations to art is $40.00
minimum per hour.
2. Cancellation: All orders are considered firm
after art proof approval. Cancellation and
returns will not be accepted on decorated
merchandise. Returns of non-decorated (blank)
merchandise requires factory authorization
prior to return and request must be made
no later than 15 days after receipt of the
shipment. There will be a 25% restocking fee
for returned merchandise and the shipping
charge cannot be refunded.
3. Orders: No verbal orders will be accepted. All
orders must be in writing or by fax and must
be signed.
4. Overruns and Underruns: Factory reserves the
right to ship 5% over or under the quantity
ordered.
5. Normal Production Time: Orders will be shipped
7-10 business days after proof is approved.
Non-decorated (blank) or non-imprinted
orders can be shipped within 1-3 business
days depending upon availability of the item.
Multi-colored imprints or heat transfers will ship
in 14-21 business days.
6. Rush Imprinted Orders: Rush orders that
require shipping within 5 working days will be
subject to a minimum $75.00 rush charge and
are dependent on availability of production
capacity. Orders that require 1-3 days rush will
be subject to $100.00 charge.
7. Proof: Paper proof (black and white) is provided
upon request via email in 2-3 days, at no
charge, providing the artwork submitted is
acceptable. Paper proof must be approved and
returned to factory prior to production. Pre-
production sample proofs will be subjected to
a $35.00 screen and set-up charge per color/
location plus any necessary running charges,
as well as the price of the product and shipping
cost. Most pre-production sample proofs will
be ready to ship within 3-5 business days after
approval.
8. Sample/Spec Sample: Non-decorated (blank)
samples may be purchased at catalog End
Quantity Price (EQP) plus freight charge. Spec
sample or product proofs will be billed at item
unit price plus sample charge of $35.00 as well
as freight charge.
9. Terms: Net 30 based upon credit approval.
Large orders will require a 50% deposit;
balance will be due at time of shipment or net
30 days based upon credit approval. Payments
not received by the due date are subjected to a
1.5% per month late payment charge.
10. Shipping: All prices are F.O.B factory in
Oxnard, CA 93033
11. Drop Shipment: Handling charge is $20.00 per
location plus freight cost and insurance.
12. Trademark Notice: The artwork, designs and
trademarks imprinted on the products displayed
in this catalog are for demonstration purposes
only. They are not intended to represent
products that are either endorsed.
