Rocky Mountaineer offers four distinct routes. You now have the unenviable task of choosing between wonderful, fabulous, amazing, and fantastic. FIRST PASSAGE TO THE WEST TWO-DAY RAIL JOURNEY VANCOUVER | KAMLOOPS | LAKE LOUISE OR BANFF Over 125 years ago, this route united Canada and helped define a nation. Travelling between the coast and Banff or Lake Louise, you’ll witness mountains and wilderness, much of it seemingly unchanged since the days of the first explorers. SEE PAGES 20–35 JOURNEY THROUGH THE CLOUDS TWO-DAY RAIL JOURNEY VANCOUVER | KAMLOOPS | JASPER This route takes you through the heart of the Canadian Rockies, with all of nature’s raw beauty on full display. Although there’s no gold left, the area is still rich in natural beauty.
