The exception is if the total cost of the workshop (tuition, studio fee and registration fee) is less than $550, which is the case for weekend photography workshops and children’s classes – then payment in full is due at the time of registration. If we are given the required 30 days’ notice, we will refund your deposit less a workshop cancellation fee ($150 per adult workshop; $75 per children’s workshop) and a housing cancellation fee ($50 per week of housing reserved). No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the start date of the workshop or housing reservation. If we cancel a workshop, you have the option of transferring to another workshop, based on availability, or we will refund your payments in full.
