This 60-minute program challenges all your major muscle groups
by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts,
and curls. Great music and awesome instructors inspire you to get
the results you came for and fast! Expect to “feel the burn”, in this
class that is designed to increase your fitness level through muscular
strength and endurance. This class appeals to and men and women
who are beginners and advanced exercisers. Props include, step
platforms, weights, dynabands, body bars, fitness balls, and exercise
tubing, to name a few. All you need to bring is yourself and a
winning attitude! Go back in time of big hair, boom boxes and when “Step” was
all the rage!. You will move up, down, over and around the step
with updated music, moves and choreography that everyone can
follow. Cardio blocks push your fat burning systems into high gear
followed by conditioning tracks that shape and tone your lower
body. This class is designed for “Every Body” and all fitness levels!
