Napa High Recreation Swim Youth Pre-Competitive Swim Workout
Heat of the Summer getting to you? Take a dip in the cool water
or just lounge next to the pool! Monday through Thursday and
Saturday from 1pm-4pm (Except July 4th), our pool is open for a
fun time. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Non-swimmers must be supervised (in the water) by an adult at
ALL times, even if wearing an approved flotation device. Swim
diapers required in all pools for those not yet potty trained. Come be a part of one of the top swimming classes in the Valley
without paying the top-notch price! If you are too advanced for
swim lessons or just not ready to commit to a full-time swim team,
then this is the program for you!!! Join us for 6-weeks as we take
your swimming skills to the next level. Focus will be made on
fine-tuning strokes and increasing endurance. Each swimmer is
guaranteed to be challenged in a fun and positive environment.
*Participants must be “Deep Water Safe” and be able to perform
at least a 25-yard Freestyle and 25-yard Back Stroke with ease.
(25-yards = one length of the pool.)

Junior Guard - Guard Start
The Junior Guard program provides the opportunity for teens/pre-
teens to challenge themselves both mentally and physically through
a series of classroom sessions, in-water trainings, on-deck drills and
actual hands-on learning in the areas of lifeguarding. This program
has been designed to give students the tools necessary to be
successful when they take the Lifeguard Training course at age 15.
Focus will be made on the importance of responsibility, decision-
making and the ability to perform learned tasks. Make this a
worth-while summer and spend your time learning these invaluable
life skills. Class fee includes all books and materials. Topics to cover
(but not certify) include: Lifeguard Training, First Aid, CPR and
Water Safety Instruction.

Lap Swim
Get your workout done at the pool! 2-3 lap lanes will be open for
ages 16+ to engage in continuous lap swimming. Register online or
at the main office. No on-site registration allowed.

swim may be eligable to purchase a group pass.
