Red Hot Robotics
Join Mad Science and our Radical Robots for a scientific journey
through circuitry and sensors. Explore several different types of
robots....robots that follow lines and sounds, robotic arms like the
ones you see in the big factories on TV (well, smaller than that, but
you get the picture). You will even play tag with robots that you
control! Complete the camp by building your own robot to take
home! Camp-Day Themes include: Robot Concepts, Robot Basics,
Robot Building, Red Hot Robots, Robotic Science.
All camps require an additional lab fee of $30* per camp to be
paid to the instructor, this covers all consumables, take homes and a
special camp t-shirt.
LEGO Robotics Camp EV3
Build and program robots using the new LEGO Mindstorms
EV3 system! Learn about mechanical and software design, loops,
conditional statements, problem solving, and teamwork skills. Work
in small groups, program and build your robot, and rise to the
challenge. Control the robot to avoid obstacles, pick up and carry
objects, and play sounds. Projects are structured so that students
work in an open-ended, investigative environment while having

Secret Agent Lab
Look out 007-the Mad Science Spy Academy is here! Suspects!
Schematics! and Sleuths! Connect the dots using science to help
solve a crime in this hands-on investigation of the science of
sleuthing. Uncover the science involved in evidence gathering
and analysis and fingerprinting detection. Enhance your recall
and observation skills and learn how to use spy equipment. Mad
Science Spy Academy camp will help you sharpen your special
operative skills as you learn about the secret world of espionage.
The key to being a great spy is your ability to use science to sniff
out your suspects and uncover their secrets. Camp-Day Themes
include: Discover Detection, Spy University, Sleuths on the
Scene, Funky Forensics, Science of Security. All camps require an
additional lab fee of $30* per camp to be paid to the instructor,
