Booking a Trip
The process of booking a trip is quite simple . Just call our offices here in Montana and speak with John Andre , owner of Shoshone Wilderness Adventures . Assuming we have the right adventure for you ( sometimes we don ’ t ), here is the process .
1 . We take an initial deposit of $ 500 , per person , on a credit card ( VISA , Mastercard , American Express ). That locks in your hunting or fishing adventure .
2 . Then we will send you the contract , normally within 24 hours .
3 . 30 days after you receive your contract , you bring your deposit up to the required amount ( usually 50 %, but occasionally less ). The original $ 500 goes towards your initial deposit requirement .
4 . Balance of the trip will be due according to the policy of the outfitter we have selected . Sometimes it is cash on arrival , and sometimes it is 30-90 days before the hunt begins . This will all be stipulated in your contract .
5 . We are here to help you in any way possible , whether it be equipment suggestions , rifle and bullet selections , whatever . Our business is based on repeat clientele and word of mouth advertising . Please just pick up the phone with any questions , or shoot us an email .
