Fish the Amazon for Giant Peacock Bass
Adventure #12
In the opinion of many, pound for pound, Peacock Bass may
be the hardest fighting fish on the planet. If you haven’t
fished for these denizens of the Amazon, you are in for a real
treat. For topwater action, it doesn’t get any better than
this. We have two options on this trip. For larger groups, we
have the 75 foot luxury yacht “Amazon Tucuna”, which
holds 12-16 anglers. This gives us the flexibility of going
where the best fishing is at any one time of the year. The
smaller mothership ( The “Demini”) holds 4-8 anglers. Pack-
ages are all inclusive, from your arrival in Brazil (except
your meals in Manaus). Great guides, great meals, great fish-
ing. Spinning and baitcasting equipment is included. Fly
fishermen need to bring their own equipment. If Peacock
Bass are on your “bucket list” (and they should be), you
need to experience a trip to the Amazon. You will have a 9
day itinerary (from Miami), with 6 1/2 days of fishing.
6 1/2 Fishing Days Aboard the “Tucuna” $4950 per
angler, based on double occupanc
6 1/2 Fishing Days Aboard the “Demini” $4950 per
