VERMILION BAY/EAGLE RIVER
Nestled on the shores of massive Eagle Lake, Vermilion Bay is
definitely worth a visit for a day or longer. Not only can you fish
for walleye, bass, northern pike and muskie on Eagle Lake, there
are many other excellent lake systems north of town offering
great fishing. Blue Lake Provincial Park is just a short distance
north of town and offers 196 campsites and a massive, sand
beach – it’s a must-see!
in town so travelers can stock up in Vermilion Bay before head-
ing north. There are some great retail stores and bait shops so
stop in and see what they offer.
