2017 MS. INSTINCTS WINNER
What gets me up in the morning and
into the gym is my daughters. I want
to set a strong example of healthy
and natural living. Competing naturally
demonstrates that hard work and
dedication does pay off. It shows that
success is possible without taking
short cuts. Patience, dedication,
determination are all values I want to
engrain in them and competing naturally
allows me to do that.
