Bev Jennings drives a growth strategy that
benefits diverse and small businesses and the many
Johnson & Johnson (J&J) customers and business
partners they serve.
Bev’s career has spanned the healthcare, consumer
goods, food service and retail industries. Today
her passion for community, talent in collaborative
leadership, and expertise in optimized business
operations are combined into a robust initiative
that enhances business development, job creation,
education and healthcare.
J&J’s leadership in diverse business development
is evidenced in its role as the first Healthcare
company member in the elite 28 member Billion
Dollar Roundtable, where Bev is Co-Chair of the
Global Committee. J&J has spent up to $1.5 billion
annually with certified minority and women owned
businesses and $3 billion with small businesses in the
U.S. Additionally, Supplier Diversity & Inclusion
is advancing a global strategy for diverse business
development on six continents.
Bev engages internal and external stakeholders
toward meeting and sustaining goals while serving
J&J’s businesses, healthcare customers and
consumers.
She is a member of the Board of Directors and
Executive Committee for the Women’s Business
Enterprise National Council, serving as Marketing
Committee Chair, the Women Presidents’
Educational Organization Board, WeConnect
International Board, The Conference Board Supplier
Diversity Council Co-Chair, and Healthcare
Supplier Diversity Alliance Board. A leader in the
community, she has been honored for her service by
the YWCA, the Gateway Girl Scouts as a Women of
Distinction, WBENC Applause Award and received
numerous other recognitions. In J&J, Bev was
recognized as one of 2017 People of the Year.
Bev holds a MBA in Industrial Management from
the University of Dallas and a BS in Management
from the University of West Florida.
