Applying messy fly ointment around a wound or on your horse’s face can be a pain! But spreading it on with a small, soft paint brush not only keeps your hands clean, but my horses didn’t seem to mind the “painting” nearly as much as they resisted the touch of my hands smearing it on.
This is a great way to store
your driving harness
in your tackroom.
Here she used a metal bucket,
screwed to the wall with
a bolt and washer.
This creates the perfect, mini-sized
curve to keep harnesses in their proper
shape while being stored.
And the bucket also serves as
a catch-all for small accessories.
