So, my guys love to come out and see all of the new tools and how efficient they are,” said Alex Fransen, CCPI, President of ICPI Member Fransen Group of Louisville, KY. “I’m also big on education, so I take a lot of courses and I bring as many of my guys as I can afford to bring and start getting them certified.” The two-day Dealer Program focused on taking control of your inventory starting with an interactive session and roundtable discussion. The session continued with a keynote presentation by Dr. Robert Ballard, discoverer of the Titanic wreckage, focused on his successful approach to goal setting, team building and execution. Hardscape contractors, as well as landscape contractors, choose from seven conference sessions and six live hardscape demonstrations also approved for ICPI Installer Continuing Education Hours. Frank Bourque, an award-winning hardscape professional, speaker, writer, consultant and entrepreneur, led the demonstration sessions on how to install hardscapes around pools and water features for durable, long-lasting results. A new VIP Pass gave attendees access to all conference sessions and demos at a 50% discount. More than 275 HNA registrants purchased the VIP Pass, and 1,025 attendees accessed live demos with the VIP Pass or a demo upgrade.
