It is my pleasure to present our 2018 GCA Course Prospectus.
For over a decade the GAC Corporate Academy (GCA) has established itself as a key player in the
world of eLearning. We have built a culture of learning, development and constant growth for our
GAC employees, and going forward with our new vision of Delta 21 – we strive to continue to do so.
Our recertification of our ISO 29990 for the fourth successive year confirms GCA’s high standards for
corporate learning and development and our status as one of the leaders in its field.
At GCA we aim to work closely with key stakeholders to deliver superior learning experience to all
personnel with the goal of achieving the overall business outcomes as well as attracting and retaining
talent. We continue to identify learning needs in the GAC World and respond by developing learning
solutions that address direct business needs.
Our breadth of courses on offer also allows all GAC people from across the world to learn the GAC way
of approaching business. Together with our key stakeholders, executive sponsors and ambassadors in
the business, we work together to create optimum learning results.
With nine different learning Portfolios and 44 different courses on offer in 2018, there is something
for everyone. I kindly ask you to take the time to read through the Prospectus and talk to your Line
Manager and GLO to plan another exciting year of learning.
