“Our GCA Liaison Officers and course Facilitators are the
driving force behind our successful GCA courses. They not
only inspire and encourage employees to reach for new career
development opportunities, but also give participants the
support and direction they need to achieve learning success.”

GAC Corporate Academy
Our Specialised Portfolio is designed to give our GCA Liaison Officers (GLOs) and
Facilitators the learning platform they need to empower our personnel across the
GAC World to their full potential.
GLOs are our network into every branch and GAC Operating Company. They
analyse and compile learning and development requirements for their staff and
communicate these requirements with managers to actively drive and engage
learning priorities. In turn, Facilitators then actively engage and encourage each
learning participant in our courses to achieve their personal best.
The IOSH Managing Safely (IMS) course meanwhile, provides a highly specialised
level of certified training for HSSE Representatives and line managers throughout
the GAC Group.
