PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Team-based Leadership (TBL) MODE w16 DURATION 2-day Workshop Customer Service Excellence (CSE) New MODE w16 Understanding human behaviour will open up doors for more effective communication and improved interpersonal relationships. The Team-based Leadership (TBL) workshop, through a combination of traditional and experiential learnings, builds a unique framework of leadership in the learner’s mind. The learner co-creates the content and actively applies the ‘lesson learned’ progressively. The two days also provide much opportunity for the learner to build his or her own ‘leadership toolkit’, preparing his or her team for the future. TARGET Relevant GAC Personnel CSF5 16 hours GAC’s tagline ‘Delivering your strategy’ places customers’ ambitions and strategic targets at the centre of GAC’s service promise. It captures the essence of what we are good at and how we can help our customers deliver their own strategies. It is increasingly important in the business environment today that we not only attract a good and profitable customer, but we then constantly engage with them and develop a long-term sustainable relationship with them. This 2-day workshop will focus on the importance of exceptional customer service - being aware of customer needs and reacting to them effectively.
