operationally fit to meet the challenges of the 21st century. The Leadership
Development Programme provides GAC managers and future leaders with
powerful tools for improving performance in the real world.”
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAMME
The Leadership Development Programme was created with the aim of establishing
a strong foundation of management and leadership competencies in our current
and future managers. After the success of running the courses in our Middle East
(MEA) and Asia Pacific & Indian Subcontinent (API) regions, the programme will now
be available to managers across the GAC World, giving all leaders the opportunity
to achieve the strategic edge that is required in today’s world.
