All orders are subject to approval by our Credit Department. PRICES: All prices are F.O.B. South Hadley, MA. Prices are subject to change without notice. MINIMUM ORDER: Orders must total $500.00 net value. ORDER PROCESSING: To help insure proper processing and invoicing of your order please be sure to include Canson’s CVG (item code), quantity (in each), full description, and your expected price. No additions can be made to orders already in process. BACK ORDERS: All back orders under $500.00 net, will automatically be cancelled without notice. Qualifying back orders will ship one time only within three weeks, then be cancelled. Kit/assortment items are excluded from this policy. These orders will remain open, regardless of dollar amount or age, until all items are shipped. All back orders are shipped free freight. STANDARD PACKAGING: All products are sold in standard packaging quantities as detailed in our price list. We reserve the right to round up quantities to full carton quantities. FREIGHT: Shipments will be made by the most dependable and economical carrier. Additional charges, i.e. liftgates, inside deliveries, etc., will be at the customer’s expense. We will make every effort to comply with customer specified carriers when shipped on a collect basis only. Customer’s specifying routing via a non-contract carrier with Canson, relinquishes any entitlement to our standard freight allowance agreement regardless of order value. For questions on our current carrier selection, please contact our Transportation Department. FREIGHT ALLOWANCE: Continental U.S. $2,500 net. Qualifies only when payment terms are met. For details outside of the Continental U.S., contact our Customer Service Department. CLAIMS: Claims for damage and losses in transit must be made directly with the carrier. Claims for errors and shortages must be made within 5 days from delivery. RETURNS: Merchandise cannot be returned without a return authorization number (RMA) issued by Canson. Acceptable, resalable, returned goods are subject to a 15% handling charge. No returns will be allowed after 30 days from invoice date. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. DISPLAY RACKS: Canson, Inc. is pleased to offer to its business partner(s), on a no charge basis, the use of display racks, which will be furnished pursuant to the terms of the Display Rack Receipt and Bailment Agreement that will given to Customer upon request or upon the delivery of such racks to the location(s) specified by Customer. 140
