Community Volunteer Opportunities
Oak Planting in Alston Park
Saturday, September 15 9am – 12pm
Location: Oxbow Commons and Kennedy Park Day Saturday, November 3 9am – 11:30am
Location: Alston Park
Coastal Cleanup Day is California’s largest volunteer cleanup day
and that means cleaner local parks. Join volunteers across Napa
and the state as we collect litter and other pollutants before they
get into the Napa River and find their way to the ocean. All ages
are welcome to participate. Wear clothing and shoes that can get
dirty. Bring your own bucket, water bottle, and gloves, or borrow
ours, and help keep Napa clean! To register Contact Guadalupe

Help restore oak woodlands by pulling invasive weeds and planting
acorns which will grow into new oak forest. All ages are welcome
to participate, heavy rain cancels the event. Wear thick pants and
shoes for gardening-type work. All tools are provided by Napa
