Pinochle is a trick based card game. Players score points by
trick-taking and by forming combination of cards into meld.
Pinochle can be played by a various number of players, but
it’s usually played by 2 to 4. Our class will have all levels of
players; new players welcome. No experience needed.

Mindful Meditation has returned to the Senior Center!
Learn how to use your direct experience of the breath, body
and senses to help soften habitual tensions, grow curiosity
and kindness, lessen self-judgements and create a more
spacious relationship with your thoughts/mind. Each class
will include periods of gently guided meditation, daily life
practice tips to help keep you centered throughout your
day and time for sharing and questions. Each class will
build upon skills from the previous class. Therefore, no late
registration is accepted.
