Body Pump is the original barbell workout that strengthens your
entire body. This 60-minute program challenges all your major
muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats,
presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome Instructors and your
choice of weight, inspire you to get the results you came for -- and
fast! In Body Sculpt, expect to “feel the burn”, in this class that is
designed to increase your fitness level through muscular strength
and endurance. This class requires no coordination and appeals
to beginners and advanced exercisers, as well as men and women
alike. Props include, step platforms, weights, dynabands, body bars,
fitness balls, and exercise tubing, to name a few. All you need to
bring is yourself and a winning attitude!

one of our certified Cycle Reebok trainers will guide you through
the ride of your life! Be prepared to sweat! Don’t forget your
water and towel. The intention of Upper Cut Cycle is to offset the
“rounded back” syndrome encouraged in the cycling position. Our
focus will be the back of the body. Along with all the traditional
benefits of indoor cycling, you will increase core strength,
upper body strength, balance, & coordination. Pedals are SPD
compatible.
