Women’s Cardio Kickboxing
This class is all about hard work and achieving results! Expect leave
feeling like you put in 110%. The results will speak for themselves.
No matter what physical limitation you have or what size you
are, you will benefit from this class. You can expect to do 30-45
minutes of cardio kickboxing plus body weight exercises and core
strengthening floor work. Previous clients have reported increased
flexibility, stronger and leaner muscle mass and an overall sense
