Youth Flag Football League
This is one of our most popular sports leagues . Our Flag Football League emphasizes plays , pass patterns , and teamwork . The league allows no blocking and no unsportsmanlike conduct while providing players and fans alike with an exciting and fast-paced experience in a safe environment ! Teams are formed by ages and possibly re-arranged based on registration numbers : 12U , 10U , 8U Teams will have one ( 1-hour ) practice per week on a weekday evening and play one ( 1-hour ) game on Saturdays beginning the 3rd week of the season . This league is coached by PARENT VOLUNTEERS . If you are able to help , please contact Dan Opperman at dopperman @ cityofnapa . org or 707-257-9210 as soon as possible .

Evolve Prep Girls Volleyball League
This Girls Volleyball Program has been designed to teach the skills of volleyball in an environment which games are played . Training and playing to allow for focus on skill development and tournaments / competition level play . Sessions will be 1.5 hours long . Coaches will move players based on skill sets to accommodate individual growth and challenge . This program fills fast , so early registration is recommended .

Junior Warriors
Back for our third season with the Golden State Warriors our popular Junior Warriors Basketball League is returning in January 2019 ! Each team practices for 1 hour per week ( practices held M-F in the evenings ) and has one game per week on Saturdays for a total of 6 games . Practices begin the week of January 14th and games begin on Saturday , January 26th . Practice and game locations and times to be announced after Coach Meeting on January 7th .
