of the Hohenwald Seventh-day Adventist Church. He enjoys studying and speaking
about Adventism’s prophetic message and mission in his free time. He is married to
Joelle, and they have three daughters, Saralyn, Anneke, and Madeline.
Eduard Schmidt
serves as the Director of the
North American Division Evangelism Institute (NADEI)
and Theological Field Education Program. He also over-
sees the Equipping University, a certificate program that
allows church members to participate in a variety of the
most comprehensive and practical seminary courses pre-
sented directly to local conferences and churches. Eduard
and Sonia Schmidt have worked for NADEI developing
and teaching masters and doctoral level. He was born in
Argentina and at an early age his family moved to the Unit-
ed States where he was raised. He returned to Argentina to
study and graduated from River Plate College with a bachelor of arts in Theology. He
also holds a master of divinity from the Andrews University Theological Seminary and
a doctor of ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary.
Mike Tucker is the Speaker/Director at Faith For
Today Television, the oldest religious television broadcast
in the world. He has devoted his life to ministry, and his
career is marked by service to God and his community. He
is the host of Lifestyle Magazine on Trinity Broadcasting
Network and also co-host the daily radio broadcast for The
Voice of Prophecy. He was senior pastor of the 1900 mem-
ber Seventh-day Adventist Church in Arlington, Texas for
17 years. He also has experience as a counselor, Christian
high school Bible teacher, youth pastor, and senior chaplain
for medical and psychiatric facilities. He holds a master’s
degree in Counseling and has served as a “pastor’s pastor.” Tucker has authored sev-
eral books, including Seeing Jesus in the Book of Revelation; Journal of a Lonely
God; Jesus, He’s All You’ll Ever Need; Heart Food; Jesus, Your Heart’s Desire; Every
Good Thing; Ten Keys to a Happy Marriage; and more.
