Dollar & $ense Ministry (Thriving on One Salary) Ray Hall, Classroom 1 Presenter: Dennis Millburn Monday : Getting it All Together encourages changing our attitudes about money, getting out of debt, and how to keep records, all based from a Christian perspective. Tuesday : The Big Things gives practical suggestions on buying, maintain- ing, and selling a home, as well as, selecting and maintaining a reliable, economical vehicle. Wednesday : Input and Output deals with ensuring you can achieve a decent income, and then, living within those boundaries for expenses, such as food, utilities, repairs, entertainment, maintaining your health, gifts, etc. Thursday : Making it Last focuses on saving, investing, planning for retire- ment, how to maximize Social Security and Medicare, and what it is like during retirement, including sustaining a healthy lifestyle mentally and physically. Paying Ahead deals with powers of attorney, estate planning, Friday : gifting, and passing sound financial knowledge on to your children and/or grandchildren, as well as, the ultimate goal of planning for eternal life.
