REGISTRATION INFO
You must be a registered Girl Scout in order to sign up for programs or activities in this Program Guide . Not registered yet or have a friend who wants to join you on a Girl Scout adventure ? No problem ! Contact customercare @ gssne . org for help signing up for membership .
Registrations are accepted on a first come , first served basis . We cannot hold a space without payment .
Registration deadlines are typically 10 days prior to the event . Register early to make sure you don ’ t miss out on the fun !
All programs have minimum attendance requirements and may be canceled if there is low enrollment .
Program waitlists are available for council-sponsored programs ! Full payment will reserve your Girl Scout ’ s spot on the waitlist ; you ’ ll be notified if a space becomes available in the program . You will be fully reimbursed for fees paid if a space does not become available for your Girl Scout .
NEW ! For all council-sponsored , partner , and volunteerled programs , confirmation emails with event details will be sent to registered participants following event registration . Please make sure to enter a current and valid email address when registering for a program .
Refund requests must be submitted prior to the registration deadline . Refunds will not be processed after the event .
During inclement weather , call the GSSNE office at 401-331-4500 for program cancellations or changes . If a program is canceled for any reason and a make-up date cannot be provided , all participants will receive a full refund . If the program is canceled for any reason and a make-up date has been provided , all participants will receive the new information . Currently registered participants will have 5 business days , following the make-up date announcement , to request a refund . Any refunds requested after 5 business days will not be granted .

Click “ Event Calendar ” on the left to view or search all of our event opportunities by calendar view ; or click “ Event List ” to view or search our event opportunities with detailed descriptions and registration links . Please check individual event descriptions to identify Girl Scout member and nonmember eligible events .
