Cougars Attend Dakota Christian Tournament
The Middle School Boys' Basketball Team traveled to Dakota Christian on January 5. The A team played a total of three games throughout the day and ended with a result of 4th place.
In their first game, the team faced Hanson. They lost with a score of 4-37. Nick Nelson and Sawyer Tietgen each scored 2 points.
Next, the Cougars played against AC/DC winning with a score of 30-12. Jay Wright led with 10 points. Nick Nelson and Jaden Swan followed each with 6 points.
Lastly, the team faced Platte-Geddes losing with a score of 18-29. Ira Burroughs led with 6 points along with Reed Benter and Jay Wright each scoring 4 points.
Cougars Face Gregory Gorillas
The Middle School boys' basketball team hosted a game in Burke against the Gregory Gorillas on January 10.
The A Team lost with a score of 23-41. Nick Nelson led with 10 points, and Jaden Swan followed with 7 points.
Then the B Team played and lost with a score of 6-30. Cody Williams, Terrance Roubideaux, and Breven Bolander each scored 2 points.

Cougars Battle Wagner Raiders
The Middle School Boys' basketball team traveled to Wagner to take on the Raiders on January 15.
The B Team lost with a score of 9-38. Terrance Roubideaux led with 4 points, Bryce Bartling had 3, and Caden Wittmeier had 2.
The A Team lost with the score 17-28. Jay Wright led with 9 points, with Nick Nelson and Jaden Swan following with 3 points each.
