Lady Cougars Defeat Marty Indians

The Lady Cougars played against the Marty Indians in Burke on November 1. The first game was played by the 6th and 7th grade team, and the Lady Cougars won.
The second game was played by the 7th and 8th grade team, and the Lady Cougars won with a score of 36-13. Bridget Bartling scored 12 points, and Brecken Bolander scored 10, with 30% success for her shots attempted. Laney Spencer was a high rebounder with 6.
Lady Cougars Compete in Wagner Tournament

The Lady Cougars traveled to Wagner on November 3 to compete in the Wagner Tournament. The 6th and 7th grade team competed in the 7th grade bracket, and the Lady Cougars lost one game, but won two.
Competing in the 8th grade pool, the 7th and 8th grade team lost to Tea Area 16-26. They then played the Cougars and lost 24-27 in a last half second buzzer beater. Finally, they played against O'Neill and lost 14-15.
Lady Cougars Beat Colome Cowgirls

The Lady Cougars played against the Colome Cowgirls in Colome November 5. Three games were played for the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade teams, and all three games were won by the Lady Cougars. The 7th grade game ended with a score of 28-2, with Elle Johnson scoring 10 points, and Johanna Vaughn scoring 8.
In the 8th grade game, Bridget Bartling scored 11 points, and Savannah Geaghan rebounded 5. The Lady Cougars had a 38% shot success rate, and the final score was 27-23.
Lady Cougars Travel to Lake Andes

The Lady Cougars traveled to Lake Andes to play against the AC/DC Thunder on November 8. The 6th Grade lost to the Thunder. The 7th Grade won with a large lead of 25-4. Johanna Vaughn scored 8 points to help the Lady Cougars.
The 7th and 8th Grade lost 18-30 with Bridget Bartling scoring 5 rebounds. The Lady Cougars had a 38% success rate for their shots.
