For science, the second grade class are going to start talking about the different animal groups and are going to take a field trip to Pete's Taxidermy to categorize the animals into groups.
In Social Studies, they are learning about the continents and are making globes. The globes are made by layering plaster over a beach ball.
The last thing they have been learning is in math. They are starting to add two digit numbers.
