TRAUMA AND BURN CENTERS OUTREACH AND EDUCATION Outreach Rehabilitation The primary goal of our Rehabilitation Program is to optimize each child’s abilities to adapt to the environment, to ease the effects of disability on the child’s development, and allow the child to be fully included in community living. A child’s success in the program results from the collaboration of rehabilitation staff, the child’s primary care physician and the child’s family — all integral components of the child’s care team.
