Rally Rally : This class is open to every exhibitor . All exercises are performed on leash at a variety of stations . Exercises may include , but are not limited to jumping exercises . 3015 . Rally Novice : 1 st year dog and 1 st year handler only . 3016 . Rally Grad Novice : 2 nd and 3 rd year dogs and experienced handlers . 3017 . Rally Open : 4 th year dogs and above .
