Joe King
The Woodbury County Fair would like to pay tribute to Joe King with
year’s fairbook. Joe was a member of the Woodbury County Fair Board
from 1995-2015. Joe loved to organize the Antique Tractor Display in Old
Town, and could often be seen with his wife, Judy in their side by side
buzzing around the fairgrounds. Joe helped organize the tractors for the
Bronson 4th of July celebration parade. Joe took pride in being one of the
original members of the Tri-State Antique Tractor Club that started in
2014. Joe was a local farmer who owned and operated a trucking business.
He also stayed active with the Knights of Columbus #8232, and was an
active member and past President of the Woodbury County Farm Bureau.
Joe has 4 children: Steve, Jeff, Barb, and Kathy, and was the grandfather of
10. Joe and his wife, Judy loved to go out to eat, camp, and go on antique
tractor rides. He always had a smile on his face and the Woodbury County
Fair in his heart. Joe will be missed by all that knew him!
