The Annual conference provided teachers of science with access to information about stimulating, cutting edge science developments, workshops to improve teaching and teaching support skills, and unparalleled opportunities to network with like-minded colleagues over two days where science is practiced. The Conference was opened by Prof Barbara Messerle, Executive Dean of Science and Engineering; Faculty of science, with an insight of science at the university. Many thanks go to our keynote presenters: Dr Peter Aubusson (UTS) who is also a long term supporter of STANSW, Garth Tarr from the University of Newcastle and Jane Hunter from UTS.
